Valley of the river Rhine and Ilanz |
I L A N Z the first city at the river Rhine lies in the middle of the SURSELVA and is all-year attainable. Also the " Glacier-Express " stops here on its way to St.Moritz or Zermatt. Directly in front of the railway station start several post busses into the ski - and traveling-areas of our region like Flims/Laax, Brigels, Obersaxen, Lugnez, Vals and of course also into the less known, but beautiful valleys of the Surselva, like Safien or to Panix. ILANZ lies centrally and well. Not only as vacation-place but also as market-place. Shopping centers like COOP, MIGROS or DENNER covers our everyday necessity, beautiful small shops, cafés and restaurants invite to the stroll and linger. |
